Purchase Conditions

1. Failure to follow any of the Special Event Conditions and/or the Event and Ticketing Terms and Conditions or behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will result in expulsion from the Event without refund. Management may pursue prosecution of anyone found to be breaking the law.
2. Security staff will be on site throughout the duration of the Event, and CCTV may be used to monitor the Event and surrounding areas.
3. Please do not engage in antisocial behaviour in the venue or within the surrounding area.
4. Management reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the Event for any reason including but not limited to concerns regarding the consumption of alcohol and drugs. 
5. Inappropriate and unsafe behaviour such as crowd surfing, moshing, crowd circles, throwing objects and the use of flares and smoke device are dangerous and can cause serious injury.
6. Please do not bring your own food or drink to the Event, these will be available on site, as per licencing restrictions.
7. You must retain your wristband at all times, and will not be replaced under any circumstances.
8. Ticket holders who leave the Event will be given one opportunity to re-enter on display of an undamaged wristband. Those without a wristband, or it is damaged, will not be permitted to re-enter the Event.
9. Smoking (including the use of vapes) is strictly prohibited within the venue, as an outside smoking area is provided.
10. No domestic football tops or tops displaying club logos will be permitted and you may be refused entry.
11. Lost property found and handed in to the event will be passed to Police Scotland
12. Management does not accept responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for loss of property or damage to persons or property.
13. This is a one day festival, with no camping, so please don't fall asleep in a corner.
